The Challenge
All Quiet technically impressed potential enterprise customers from the outset. The crucial missing piece: ISO 27001 certification. Especially in incident management, where providers are deeply integrated into security-critical processes, enterprise customers often contractually require their tooling to be certified. For All Quiet, this was a clear impetus to prioritize certification.
