If KAIA detects a potential gap, a banner appears immediately — clearly describing what's missing or insufficient. You then have two options:
Review opens the KAIA chat with specific remediation suggestions already loaded.
Ignore dismisses the banner if you're making a conscious decision to proceed — for example, because you know the evidence will be supplemented by another document.
